Read how London Photo Explorers are making your tours with us safer and find out about our Last-Minute Refund policy, which gives you maximum flexibility when you book.
Tours have now resumed, we believe that most of the adult population of the UK are inoculated and boosted, and that the latest variant is receding. Should the situation change and infection levels not be low, any booked tours will be offered a refund or the chance to postpone the tour. Rest assured, we are watching the infection levels very carefully and will start to cancel tours if this is judged necessary.
Your tour guide is fully inoculated and we will continue to follow safe working practices. See below for more details.
Our customers can now book their tickets safe in the knowledge that they can cancel at any time up to two hours before the start of the tour and receive 100% of their money back, with no questions asked. So if infections suddenly jump, you wake up feeling unwell or you suddenly decide you feel nervous about coming on the tour, no problem! Just text your guide before the start of the tour and you will receive all your money back.
Tours will be limited to twelve people, unless you are all part of the same household or social bubble. This will make it easier for those of you who want to socially distance.
Alcohol gel and anti-bac wipes will be available from your guide throughout the tour. Use them to clean your hands and/or equipment at any time. A few disposable masks will also be available for your use.
Our tours are mainly outdoors where the risk of infection is less. Where we do go inside buildings, you will be given the choice to stay outside. Your guide will wear a face mask when inside (but not outside). Participants will be required to follow current regulations on facemasks, social distancing or any other rules that are in force at the time of the tour.
We will continue to monitor news and government advice and regulations. Tours will be cancelled if we judge that the risk level has increased. You will, of course, receive a full refund if that happens. Obviously this is a value judgement which isn’t helped by different stories from different news sources. We would encourage our customers to also monitor the news and make use of the cancellation refund if they feel unsure about attending.
We’re asking all tour participants to notify us if they come down with symptoms (fever, cough, loss of smell or taste) or test positive within two weeks of attending the tour. We will then email all participants of the tour so you can isolate and get tested.
